Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Vizparts.com offers refunds on its parts within 10 days upon receipt of part. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the part pricing and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number"- Within 30 days of receiving your order, Vizparts.com must be contacted by phone (888-260-7765) or email  sales@vizparts.com  to notify us of your intent to return your order. You will need to provide the order number and reason for return. Upon confirmation, we will provide you with an RMA number which is required for all returns in order to receive a refund.

Packaging & Returning - Please include a copy of the original invoice and note the RMA number on it. Please be sure to ship items in original boxes or packages including inside protective wrapping. Items returned in damaged condition due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping - The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees unless it was determined that the reason for return was due to Vizparts' error. If you were provided with a pre-paid return label for an item with a core value, you may use the return label to return the item. Otherwise, all returned parts must be returned to Vizparts.com Receiving Center, 21301 Ferrero Parkway, City of Industry, CA, USA, 91789.

Exchange Turn-Around Time - The item requested for an exchange will not be shipped until the first original item(s) have been received by Vizparts.com. If you need the exchanged item before we receive your original purchase, we will need to charge you the full amount for the new item; after we receive the original item we will issue a credit for your original purchase.
